Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern your use of this Site and the purchase of products by you through this Site. By using this Site, placing an order with us, you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). The Terms and Conditions shall supplement any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by us. Product claims and information are provided by the manufacture and are not warranted by Fruition Skin Therapy. We reserve the right to make changes to this Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Order Acceptance Policy
Payment shall be made by a credit card. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain dollar amounts receive our pre-approval. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Great care has been taken to represent the colours of the products that we carry online accurately, however different monitors will display colour differently. We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, some items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation with any product you have ordered we will contact you regarding suitable substitutions, or if you desire, the cancelation of your order.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipment of all products ordered via the Online Store is done from Fruition Skin Therapy in Canada. Fruition Skin Therapy is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any “reasonable” delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. Shipment by Ground Courier is $15.00, which can take up to 6 business days for delivery or Express Courier for $20.00, which can take up to 3 business days for delivery. Shipping timeframes are once the order has been processed. Due to high demand, order processing can take 1 to 3 business days. Canadian mail orders can take up to 10 business days from day of shipment.
The on-time delivery guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond Canada Posts control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, delays caused by the consignee, acts of God, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of Customs or similar authorities, riots, circumstances arising before, during, or after a strike or other labour disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in the air or ground transportation network (such as weather phenomena), and natural disasters.
Back Order Items
Please feel free to order products indicated as “Back Ordered”, but keep in mind that we will not deliver within typical shipping time-frames, nor can we set expectations of delivery time-frames, at time of order.
Out of Stock items
Do not place orders for items marked “OUT OF STOCK”. These orders will be automatically cancelled.
All prices shown are in Canadian dollars. Payment of all items purchased via the Online store is credit card only. Credit cards accepted are VISA, Mastercard and PayPal. Fluctuations in the currency exchange rate on the day of the purchase may result in a slight difference in the totals. Taxes will be charged based on the shipping address. We do not accept payment by Cheque or Money orders.
Products purchased via the Online store can be returned to Fruition Skin Therapy within 30 days of the order, for a full refund of the purchase, minus all shipping costs in the case of defective products or allergic reaction. Other returns are only accepted unopened and are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on make-up. Make-up can be exchanged if unopened and its original packaging.
If the product purchased from Fruition Skin Therapy Online Store received is damaged *, a replacement would be sent. Fruition Day Spa Online Store policy notes replacement for damages product is subject to availability.
*Degree to which product is damaged to warrant replacement must be determined by an Fruition Skin Therapy representative.

Products and accessories being returned must be in resalable condition and include all packaging and literature that shipped with the product. If an item or accessory is found missing from the product packaging, then we will issue the credit of purchase price minus the price of the missing item.
If Fruition Day Spa does not receive your product within 10 business days from the date the refund was requested, we will not be able to process your refund.
There is no refund or return of accessories purchased via the Online store. All sales are final. Exchanges can be made for defective accessories within 90 days from date of purchase .
All Canadian customers will be charged 7% GST + 5% GST.

Backorders & Out of Stock
We endevour to keep all of our products in stock, however if you order a product that is currently out of stock, we will contact you to let you know. At that time you can choose to keep your request on backorder, cancel or change your order.
Return Policy & Guarantee
Fruition Skin Therapy loves the products that we carry for you and we hope you do too! If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please call or email us within 14 days of receiving it to let us know. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on makeup, skincare and haircare products. Should you be concerned about any product, please do ask us and we will send you a full list of the ingredients.
Exchange of Credit Note
All purchases, except for those mentioned above, can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days, accompanied with original store receipt.
