Shipping & Return Policy
1. Cancellation Period
Returns are accepted for online retail orders up to 30 days after purchase and after delivery.
2. Method of Refund
All returns will be applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
3. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods
Mistakes can happen! In the event that the product you receive has been damaged, is defective or incorrect, a refund will be issued and return shipping provided by Fruition Skin Therapy.
Please note that we do not accept returns if the product has been damaged or tampered with after being opened.
4. How to request a refund or exchange
To request a refund or exchange please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 604-836-2491 10:00am – 6:00pm PST Monday to Friday. Please provide your order number, contact information and a reason for your return request. We will get in touch with you within 2 business days and provide any necessary details for your return or exchange.
5. Delivery Charge on Returning Goods
If the return is requested within the 30 day cancellation period, return shipping will be provided by Fruition Skin Therapy. The purchaser will be issued a return label via email to download and apply to the package they are returning.
6. Products Returned Exceeding the Cancellation Period
If a return is requested on unopened products after the 30 day cancellation period, a 15% restocking fee will be applied and the purchaser must pack and ship the product at their own expense.
7. Returns for Make-up and Accessories are not accepted
We do not provide refunds or returns for make-up products and accessories purchased via the Online store. All sales are final. Exchanges can be made for defective accessories within 90 days from date of purchase.
If the make-up product or accessory purchased from Fruition Skin Therapy Online Store received is damaged, a replacement will be sent.
Please note: Products being returned must be in resalable condition and include all packaging and literature that shipped with the product. If an item is found missing from the product packaging, then we will issue the credit of purchase price minus the price of the missing item. If Fruition Skin Therapy does not receive your product within 10 business days from the date the refund was requested, we will not be able to process your refund.

1. General Information
Shipment of all products ordered via the Online Store is done from Fruition Skin Therapy in Canada. Fruition Skin Therapy is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any “reasonable” delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Time
Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery within British Columbia and 5-9 business days for anywhere outside of British Columbia. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Saturday and Sunday or holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Due to high demand, order processing can take 1 to 3 business days. Canadian mail orders can take up to 10 business days from day of shipment. The on-time delivery guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond Canada Posts control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, delays caused by the consignee, acts of God, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of Customs or similar authorities, riots, circumstances arising before, during, or after a strike or other labour disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in the air or ground transportation network (such as weather phenomena), and natural disasters.
3. Delivery Instructions
If you have special delivery instructions, please provide them to us in the customer notes field on the check-out page of our website. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the location the product is being shipped to.
Shipping within British Columbia is $16.00 and outside of British Columbia is $25.00 on orders of $125.00 or less before taxes.
Shipping to the USA is $30.00
International orders, please contact us for a quote.
Once you have input your shipping address at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed if applicable.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
5. Damaged Items in Transport
