Shipping & Return Policy
Shipment of all products ordered via the Online Store is done from Fruition Skin Therapy in Canada. Fruition Skin Therapy is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any “reasonable” delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames.
Shipment by Canada Post is $14.00 for all orders within British Columbia. Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery. For orders outside of British Columbia our shipping fee is $20.00. Please allow 5-9 business days for delivery. Shipping timeframes are once the order has been processed.
Shipping to the USA is subject to a $25.00 shipping fee. Please allow 5-9 business days for delivery.
Due to high demand, order processing can take 1 to 3 business days. Canadian mail orders can take up to 10 business days from day of shipment. The on-time delivery guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond Canada Posts control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, delays caused by the consignee, acts of God, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of Customs or similar authorities, riots, circumstances arising before, during, or after a strike or other labour disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in the air or ground transportation network (such as weather phenomena), and natural disasters.
Returns / Exchanges
Products purchased via the Online store can be returned to Fruition Skin Therapy within 30 days of the order, for a full refund of the purchase, minus all shipping costs in the case of defective products or allergic reaction.
Other returns are only accepted if unopened and are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on make-up. Make-up can be exchanged if unopened and is its original packaging. If the product purchased from Fruition Skin Therapy Online Store received is damaged*, a replacement would be sent.
Fruition Skin Therapy Online Store policy notes replacement for damaged product is subject to availability. *Degree to which product is damaged to warrant replacement must be determined by a Fruition Skin Therapy representative. Please express your intentions by contacting Fruition Skin Therapy Customer Service via email at email@example.com or via phone at 604-836-2491.
Products and accessories being returned must be in resalable condition and include all packaging and literature that shipped with the product. If an item or accessory is found missing from the product packaging, then we will issue the credit of purchase price minus the price of the missing item. If Fruition Skin Therapy does not receive your product within 10 business days from the date the refund was requested, we will not be able to process your refund.
There is no refund or return of accessories purchased via the Online store. All sales are final. Exchanges can be made for defective accessories within 90 days from date of purchase.
