How to sign up
Step 1 – Download the Fresha for Customers App
Search for Fresha for Customers in the App Store or Google Play and download the free app.
Step 2 – Create or Log In to Your Account
Sign up with your name and email, or log in if you already have an account.
Step 3 – Find Fruition Skin Therapy
Use the search bar to find Fruition Skin Therapy in North Vancouver, or tap the direct link we’ve provided.
Step 4 – Select Your Membership
Tap Memberships and choose:
• Glow — $199/month
• Corrective — $299/month
Step 5 – Add Payment Details
Enter your credit card to set up monthly billing. Your card is charged automatically each month on your sign-up date.
Step 6 – You’re In!
Once confirmed you’ll receive a notification. Book your first session right from the app, your membership credit applies automatically at checkout.

Can I pause my membership?
What if I don't use my credit for 1 month?
Can I upgrade my treatment or add a corrective treatment?
Absolutely — any month you can upgrade your included treatment or add a corrective session. Glow members can upgrade to a Glacial Experience (+$120) or JetPeel (+$90), or add a Laser Skin Rejuvenation (+$99) or Microneedling (+$150) to their monthly facial. Corrective members can upgrade to Microneedling (+$50) or Microneedling + Exosomes (+$225). All fees are paid at your appointment.
Can I cancel before 12 months is up?
Can I share my membership with someone else?
When does my product discount apply?
Your discount applies to all retail purchases in-studio for the full duration of your active membership. It cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.
What happens to my signup gift?

Terms & Conditions
- 12-month commitment, billed monthly
- Credits roll over and are valid for 90 days from the date issued
- Membership may be placed on hold for up to 2 months once per calendar year with 7 days notice
- Cancellations before month 6 — $200 early exit fee
- Cancellations after month 6 — free with 30 days notice
- Memberships are non-transferable
- Cancellation requests submitted at least 30 days before next billing date
- Upgrade fees are paid at the time of your appointment
