We wanted to update our clients with ways that we are handling the concern over the COVID-19 virus.
Your health and safety is our top priority. As we continue to monitor the situation, we wanted to share the additional measures we are taking to ensure your safety as well as the safety of our staff.
Actions we are taking in the spa:
*Elevated cleaning of the treatment room in between client services.
*Counters, POS machine, keyboards and door handles are regularly disinfected with hospital grade cleaner.
*Disposal of single use items.
*Gloves and masks may be worn for any hand to hand contact services.
*Neck wraps and magazines will be temporarily unavailable. All water and teas will be served out of single use cups.
*Cancellation policy will be waived for clients who are experiencing symptoms.
*Clients are being screened prior to arrival at the spa.
We would also like to inform our clients that none of our staff have traveled outside of BC.
What you can do:
*If you are feeling sick, please re-schedule your appointment.
*If you have travelled outside of Canada please do not make any appointments until after the 14 day isolation period.
*Please arrive early in order to wash your hands before every service. Hand Sanitizer is available at the front desk.
We are thankful for your understanding as we all try to navigate through these evolving circumstances. We are committed to keeping everyone’s safety our top priority.
If you are in need of products but can’t get down to the spa, here are a few ideas about how we can get product to you:
1. We can ship any of our products to you via Canada Post. Dermalogica products are not available to add to cart online however call us and we are happy to ensure your products get to you.
2. Curb side pick up – Call your order in, pay with credit card and let us know when you will be by, we will run your products out to your car.
3. Delivery – We are happy to drop products off to your house if you are east of the Seymour River. Call in your order, pay with credit card, give us your address and products will be dropped off within 24hrs period.
4. We are still open, so please feel free to drop by!
