In trying to keep with the calming environment at Fruition Skin Therapy, we would like to ask that all clients respectfully keep noise to a minimum. We also would appreciate that all cellular phones are turned off during your treatment. For the safety of your child and to ensure a relaxing visit for all clients, children are not permitted in the treatment rooms. Smoking is not permitted in the spa.
For all new clients we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment to allow you time to fill out client forms, etc.
We get it, life is hectic. Sometimes we forget or overbook ourselves, but when you wait till the last minute to cancel or re-schedule we are left with down time that we can’t fill. True emergencies will be handled with respect & compromise. We require at least 24 hours notice if you cannot make your appointment. Please respect our time as we respect yours.
Appointments under 2 hours require a 24 hour notice and appointments over 2 hours require 48 hours. Appointments cancelled in less than these times are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows with less than an hours notice will be charged the price of the service in full.
If you are running late, please give us a call! We will do our best to fit in your entire service however depending on the time remaining your service may be modified (full service fee will apply).
Services do not include gratuities, 15-20% is customary but is left to your discretion. Gratuities may be left on a debit card, however cash is preferred. Please note we can not take gratuities off of any promotional card or Way Spa gift cards.
We accept cash, debit, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, SpaFinder and WaySpa Gift Certificates. Prices are subject to change without notice. Service times listed are approximate.
